Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Be a change agent producing HOPE by:
1. Education - practical, adaptive behaviors that change lives for the good.
2. Project Support - medical, social, manufacturing, commerce all geared towards changing subsistence existence incrementally to prosperity commensurate with local levels.
3. Esteem building - assure that each individual is recognized and appreciated as unique, worthy and having great value. Lift the heads of the downtrodden.
4. Connect the Least of the Least (smallest of tribes and peoples) with those who can nurture change without destroying the sanctity of the culture.

1. Education - identify and supply educational tools necessary for the people group in which we work.
2. Project Support - identify the need within and people group (medical, educational, social, infrastructure) and build a support base to satisfy the need.
3. Esteem building - take time with individuals. As the key question, "Tell me your story!" Identify for measurable ways to honor these folks.
4. Connect - many NGOs and other organizations walk past the Least of the Least. The Joseph Connection can introduce these parties to the end of solving problems or moving people to a higher level of function.

The Joseph Connection accepts only that for which funding can be garnered. As such, we operate in the black never spending that which we do not have.
Opportunities call to us from the darkness regularly. Our challenge is to accept those that can be honored and satisfied.

The Joseph Connection has:
1. sent containers to 5 nations to help in crises
2. been the first white men to two villages in Manipur region of India
3. has conducted medical clinics in 3 countries including Al-Qaeda controlled villages in Pakistan
4. hosts yearly Christmas parties in the garbage dumps of Mexico
5. has been invited for 34 years by First Nations to serve on Sandy lake Reserve in Northern Canada
6. has lectured in Universities in India and China
7. Has received an award presented by the oldest Seated Member of Indian Parliament

Many open doors await, we cannot go without funding.
