Adults

We work with families to prepare them for the responsibility of homeownership.  Families go through pre and post-purchase educational courses and meet one on one with members of the Homeowner Services team to create spending and saving plans.

Richmond Habitat operates two retail operations that sell donated goods.  The stores not only provide income to sustain the operations of Richmond Habitat, but are facilities that can accommodate training for disabled persons.  They also provide a venue for many community service hours for adults and students.
