What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

The Community Mediation Center has four major operating programs including: youth, family, community, and training programs.
Each program has specific objectives which include reducing conflict through education and/or mediation. The Center's mediation services are taken advantage by a wide range of people in conflict over issues from custody & visitation to consumer/business issues and estate issues. Our services are based on a sliding scale, so families and individuals only pay what they can. The Center's training program is used by individuals wishing to become certified mediators and by professionals hoping to improve their business skills. Training courses can also be contracted and tailored to meet an organization's or group's needs. Community services include facilitated dialogue for problem solving around community wide issue, study circles, conversation cafe, and other processes to promote public participation and joint problem solving.
