What we aim to solve
The lack of power is the dilemma:\nThe condition is helplessness and hopelessness the individual is not able to access the power to initiate healing to awaken the healer within.\nThe intellectual mind has a distorted perception of the three basic human relationships Relationship with self-Relationship with others Relationship with the innermost self to access the Absolute Power Via The sympathetic nervous system/ Subconscious mind\nWe use subjective technology to reconstruct the relationship of the individual with a higher source of Power to Awaken the healer within Vital life force we had to sympathetic nervous system and the subconscious mind\nTo reconstruct the relationship with others, to reconstruct the relationship, one’s self. This is done by uncovering and discovering and discarding that which is blocking us from the source of power. We use a simple set of principles spiritual in nature.

What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Since the inception of the AKAL Institute in 1988, there have been many patients, partners and friends that were made along the way. Today, almost three decades later, the AKAL Institute has the great of fortune of maintaining these relationships with healers, doctors, medical practitioners and entrepreneurs. As the AKAL Institute continually learns from its friends and partners, it passes on the lessons to its community.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
In place today...\nMentoring and Sober Coaching:\nSober Coaching is one of the way we offer our clients practical, pragmatic and person-centered learning tools to assist in their personal battles. A Sober Coach is someone trained and interested in promoting recovery by removing barriers and obstacles to recovery by serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking, or in recovery.\n\nWe provide a level of accountability that the recovering community cannot be expected to provide and a connection to the client in their own living environment that treatment programs are simply unable to offer.\n\nResidential Rehabilitation and Recovery Housing\nShenandoah Wellness & Transitional Living Center is a safe and healthy living environment that promotes recovery of injured athletes, veterans with PTSD/Trauma disorders and those affected by substance abuse with participation based on pursuits such as climbing, hiking, running, strength training, yoga, biking, socials and meditation. We seek to help our members develop and maintain the emotional strength they need to stay sober.\n\nThe program is committed to improving the physical, emotional, spiritual and economic well being of the participants enabling them transition back into a healthy and fulfilling life.\n\nAll properties are wholly owned by the founder free and clear. This location holds a special place in the founders heart. THis very place is where he had a deep, meaningful experience that restored him to happy, useful and whole life.\n\nThese properties were acquired to serve the highest good of all concerned by enriching the use of the land and to add value for the local community.\n\nIn 2018, the founder donated the Shalimar to the non profit, Akal Institute Foundation (created in 1988).
