Homeownership
Hanover and King William Habitat for Humanity builds affordable homes for purchase by low-income families earning between 40-70% of the area median income. The majority of our homeowners earn less than 50% AMI and put in a minimum of 200 hours of sweat equity into their home.
Critical Home Repairs
Hanover and King William Habitat provides critical repairs in the home of low-income individuals, including seniors who are aging in place. Our repairs help individuals earning less than 50% area median income and are focused on repairs that impact safety and health.
