Values in Alignment

Our principal initiative is the Values in Alignment(tm) Process (ViA) we have developed for youth organizations including Boys & Girls Clubs in Virginia. Our ViA curriculum has been delivered at more than 30 clubs serving more than 3,000 Virginia youth and in Richmond City schools via Communities in Schools. Participants have mostly been from disadvantaged urban communities.
