Program 2

Be Fit, Get Moving is a new program that combines health, fitness and nutritional education. We provided an array of activities that promote life-long lifestyle and behavioral changes for 89 teenagers. Services included health care screenings, individualized nutritional counseling, group physical activity sessions with professional trainers and weekly seminars or field trips.
