Empowerment and skills based training services were delivered to 15, low-wealth individuals through a series of community-based workshops and class-sized training venues and activities. Individuals engaged in healthy eating-active living wellness series of fitness, financial literacy, food access, cultural liberacy, career development, and community stewardship learning activities, during the first six months of 2020, personal one-on-one contacts were limited due to the pandemic.
