What we aim to solve
Our community, our nation and our world has a number of challenges we are trying to overcome. In big categories, there is poverty, self-serving leadership, inadequate education, and health care issues. The root cause of all of these is spiritual bankruptcy. We are a selfish humanity.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Becoming the best neighbors ever where we live, work, learn and play.
We gather regularly to encourage, equip and empower our people to go into the world and be the best neighbors ever where they live, work, learn and play. They do this with grace and truth. They do this for all age groups, ethnicities, and people of all kinds of backgrounds, beliefs and genders. Our geography is mostly around the I-26 corridor from N. Charleston up towards Ridgeville (So Summerville, Goose Creek, Ladson, and Hanahan in particular). Some of what we do is corporately driven by our church. The bulk of what we do is personally driven by our people taking initiative in their community.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our church seeks to work on the root cause of these five global giants that work against a thriving and peaceful world. We do that by preaching, teaching and equipping people how to live like Jesus Christ lived and taught us to live. In a nutshell, he taught us to love God and to love people as we love ourselves.
In addition to the teaching and training that is needed to help others understand why we do this, we also show them how to do this by going and practicing what we preach.
Our simple way to communicate our vision is this: We want each person in the sound of our voices to become the best neighbors ever where we live, work and play. By God’s grace, we will accomplish this.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We proclaim the truths of the Bible regularly.
We train our people how to do this at a grassroots level.
We equip, encourage and empower our people to do this starting at home with their family and working outward to the circles of influence they have where they live, work and play.
We send people out on short-term mission trips.
We partner with other churches, non-profits and ministries locally.
We serve people in need as they come to us.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have about 75 members plus regular attenders who partner with us each year financially, prayerfully, and selflessly through their time, talents, wealth, and their story to make measurable progress in the lives of individuals.
We preach weekly as a part of our weekly worship service. This is where vision is cast and practical application is taught.
We gather weekly in home groups and mission groups to pray, encourage, learn, fellowship, care and plan for our mission efforts.
We prayerfully and financially support missionaries attempting to do this aboard internationally.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have seen over a long period of time broken families make progress and overcome the obstacles in their lives.
We see families move from selfish to selfless.
We see dysfunctional families gain positive momentum.
We see marriages strengthened and restored.
We see children improving in school.
We see the unemployed find jobs.
We see the sick and ill healed. We see the disabled encouraged and embraced.
We see the mental ill and depressed encouraged and overcoming.
We see people sacrificially giving to others in need locally and globally.
We see people volunteering in nursing homes for people that aren’t even family.
We see people volunteering for Water Missions, LC Orphan Relief and Eagle Harbor Boys and Girls Ranch.
We see teenagers paying their own way to go oversees on a mission trip to serve children in poverty.
We see dads become better dads and moms become better moms.
We see people financially helping out their neighbors in need.
We see people feeding the hungry.
