Food for low income families and individuals
Hope Education Program
Career Assessment, Job readiness and life skills training
Clothing Closet
Free, gently used clothing, children and adult diapers and hygiene products.
Family Support Services
Financial aid to prevent homelessness and help stabilize families in partnership with local school social workers
Career Training Programs
Career Training Programs which focus on careers in Material Handling and Nurse Assistant Certification and others.
Mind over Money
Mind over Money is a six week two generation financial literacy and coaching program which promotes community relationships and transforms lives by providing coaching to increase income, promote saving and decreasing debt.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our goal is to prevent hunger and homelessness in our community through the provision of basic needs and transform lives through case management, career training, two generation financial literacy and coaching, computer skills education and job-readiness opportunities to help families earn more money, save money and reduce debt.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Provide a client choice food pantry open 6 days a week.
Work closely with homeless families to establish goals for the family to become and remain stably housed.
Transform lives through case management, career training, two generation financial literacy and coaching, computer skills education and job-readiness opportunities to help families earn more money, save money and reduce debt.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Established in 1968, we have a wide variety of support partnerships with local churches, schools and businesses to sustain programs.
We utilize over 200 volunteers to efficiently carry out our programs thereby reducing costs.
We own our own building and are debt free.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have accomplished remodeling a 2,000 sq. ft. market style food pantry focusing on good nutrition by offering fresh produce, dairy and frozen meat in addition to non perishable items.
We have a free 12-week education class designed to give students necessary life-skills, computer skills and other soft skills.
We are developing an 6-week Financial Literacy program designed to help Parents and Children understand finances, earn more money, learn to save money and reduce debt.
