PAL Wrestling
The Police Athletic League of West Palm Beach (PAL) is a non-profit organization aiming to prevent juvenile crime through civic, recreational, and educational opportunities.
PAL relies heavily upon our partnership with the West Palm Beach Police Department and its officers to provide our PAL kids with a sense of security, life skills, mentoring, and coaching of youth sports. One of the many sports we offer here at PAL is wrestling. We have approximately 75 wrestlers and 6 coaches that have been practicing very hard for our upcoming first tournament. Three of the four wrestling coaches are WPB Police Officers who are donating their time to this sport and the PAL kids. The PAL staff and the wrestling coaches are preparing our wrestlers to be competitive on all levels, on and off the mat. We encourage our wrestlers not only to excel in wrestling but in every decision they make in life. Our goal is to see each wrestler move to the next level by building a solid foundation of wrestling and life skills.
