What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Program 1
Mens Leadership Trainings, Church consulting, Pastors Meetings, Speaking at Mens Events Internationally as well as other Discipleship focused events: We conduct a minimum of three Mens Leadership Conferences per year, as well as speaking at Sportsmans shows, Iron Sharpens Iron Events, and other mens events. The attendance is from 25 to 300 people at these events. The goal is to move churches into a ministry to men that is focused on Discipleship and create men who are engaged in reaching their neighbors, co-workers, family and of course their church for Christ.
Program 2
General MinistryThe general ministry would include the following: church contact, counseling pastors and mens leaders, providing resources to churches and mens leaders, developing strategic alliances with other ministries, speaking at churches and other gatherings, and producing new resource materials on topics like discipleship, team building, mens ministry, stress, and leadership. The ministry usually contacts over 3 people or churches a month on a variety of topics. We are actively engaged with supporting over 160 churches and have around 2600 churches in our database.
