Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Annually, Raintree services between 250-350 children. In carrying out our mission, our programmatic goals are to ensure child safety, permanence and positive well-being. In addition, quarterly goals are set to ensure that each child is making progress in overall health, educational, behavioral, skill/work, independence, and social areas.

As an organization we work to ensure that we are continuously improving in every way possible. We study areas for improvement, assess and implement needed changes across the agency and in program services throughout the year.
We ensure annually that quality staffing, controls and benchmarks are in place to carry out needed services in the best way possible.
Participants have solid goal plans that are updated quarterly as progress is made. Foster parents are encouraged and supported in the adoption process as each child aims to have a permanent home.
Participants are either directly provided any needed related services or a service connection is found in the community to ensure continuous improvement.
Participants and providers are surveyed for feedback to improve upon service areas that are lacking.

We are capable of housing up to 14 girls at any one time in our group home. We can provide up to 36 placements in our parent foster homes. Up to 350 children can be provided comprehensive case management and service coordination. All are carried out with over 30 qualified professionals fulfilling various roles.

Over the years Raintree has successfully serviced thousands of children who often return years later to let us know how great of an impact we've made on their lives. Their direct stories affirm our ability to be a great service provider.
Annually, we are able to say that we have assisted many foster children in finding more permanent homes and have seen many 0-3 year olds thrive after receiving comprehensive therapeutic services. We may start off with a baby unable to sit up, babble or walk...to seeing them running and talking excessively. Stories like these warm our hearts and reminds us of how impactful our mission is.
We continue to have challenges in areas of funding, building our foster parent base and keeping teen girls from being involved in negative issues encouraged in the community such as drugs and trafficking.
