Mission

Our mission is to enhance well-being by exploring the relationship between spirituality and health. The relationship between spirituality and health is a two way street, each impacting the other simultaneously.  Furthermore, understandings of this relationship must be considered against the backdrop of particular cultures and belief systems.

Regular Programming

We hold a weekly Mind-Body Skills group, a weekly Bereavement Group, and a weekly Meditation group, as well as various programs each month, and annual conferences for healthcare workers. A schedule of subjects is found on our website at www.spiritualityandhealth.org > Events. Many of the programs are offered virtually.

Features prominent lecturers and educators exploring the crossroads between spirituality, religion and psychotherapy. Featured speakers are invited from around the nation and the conference has steadily grown over the 31 years of its existence. Now held both in-person and virtually.
