Low Cost Spay and Neuter (LISN)
The Low Income Spay and neuter (LISN) Program is available for residents of Polk County who earn less than $35,000 in their household, who want to have their pet spayed or neutered at a reduced fee. Trap Neuter and Return (TNR) aka Fix a Feral
The TNR or Fix a Feral program is designed to trap feral cats in colonies in Polk County, spay or neuter them and return them to their colony to reduce the number of feral cats in the County.
