Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Big Country AIDS Resources helps homeless and low-income individuals living with HIV. Our goal is not only to assist our clients with services, but also to keep our clients virally suppressed and healthy.
Why is this important? A person living with HIV in order to live a long healthy life must take their medication, stay healthy and remain undetectable or virally suppressed.
If a person is undetectable they cannot transmit the disease. So in order to keep transmitting rates low and hopefully end the epidemic we must have a high rate.
