Welcome Every Baby, provides in home services for every child born in Santa Barbara County. Early Start Program serves Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County, providing Early Intervention from birth to 3 years of age for children with developmental disabilities. Independent Living Services provides services for adult clients with developmental disabilites.
