Through Recovery Community, Connection and Integration (RCCI), Floridians for Recovery partners with organizations, funders, communities members who want to promote recovery within their own communities. We do this through a number of steps. We bring together community stakeholders to identify needs and gaps in the broader behavioral health system of care and to educate them and the broader communities on the benefits of recovery and recovery communities. We work one-on-one with existing and emerging organizations to strengthen their organizations, while they focus on their mission of helping those in/into recovery. We assist in further integrating these organizations into their communities, while aiding in further integrating recovery into the overall behavioral health system of care. Finally, we provide a number of online resources and group meetings to strengthen this statewide recovery community network.
