Mission

ASSOCIATED EMPLOYERS OF MONTANA, INC.'S (AE) STATED MISSION IS TO PROVIDE EXPERT ADVICE, SUPPORT, INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, RESEARCH AND GOVERNMENTAL REGULATIONS THAT AFFECT THE EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP. THE GOAL OF OUR MISSION IS TO PROMOTE POSITIVE EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIPS THAT LEAD TO A PRODUCTIVE AND PROFITABLE WORKPLACE THAT WILL ULTIMATELY BENEFIT BOTH THE EMPLOYER AND THE EMPLOYEE.

ON-SITE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: AE PROVIDES ON-SITE CLASSES THAT ARE CUSTOMIZED TO INCLUDE VARIOUS HR TOPICS, INCLUDING: EMPLOYMENT, WAGE AND HOUR LAWS AND REGULATIONS; HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE; ADA/FMLA/WORKER'S COMPENSATION; AND MANAGEMENT RECRUITING, DISCIPLINE AND TERMINATION. IN ADDITION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAININGS INCLUDE: LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT; TRAIN THE TRAINER; CUSTOMER SERVICE; AND MANAGING THE GENERATION GAP. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED MAY 31, 2023, AE CONDUCTED ON-SITE TRAINING AT OVER 75 BUSINESSES FOCUSING ON EIGHTEEN DIFFERENT TOPICS WITH 35% OF THE BUSINESSES RECEIVING ASSISTANCE IN LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT.
