THE ORGANIZATION DEVELOPS STRATEGIES, SERVICE NETWORKS, AND POLICIES TO MAXIMIZE THE IMPACT OF WIOA YOUTH FUNDING AND LOCALLY PROVIDED FUNDING. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ASSURE THAT SERVICES ARE CONSISTENT WITH AND MEET WIOA STANDARDS AND PROGRAM GOALS.
