Good Market is a curated platform that makes it easier to find and connect with social enterprises, cooperatives, responsible businesses, voluntary organizations, and changemakers who are creating a better world. The goal is to catalyze the transition to a new economy by making the movement more visible and by making it easier for people to get involved. The core of the platform is a curation process and crowdsourced monitoring system that works across economic sectors, income levels, language barriers, and regional divides. Good Market is set up as a self-financing, not-for-profit social enterprise. Any surplus is reinvested to expand services for the community.

Community-Owned Curation

Good Market serves as enabling infrastructure for the new economy movement. It was co-created to increase the visibility of the movement, make it easier to find and connect with each other, and speed up the transition to an economic system that's good for people and good for the planet.

Community-Owned Curation: The core of the platform is a free curation process and crowdsourced monitoring system that works across economic sectors, income levels, legal registrations, certifications, language barriers, and regional divides. It increases the visibility of the broader movement including small-scale marginalized groups that cannot afford expensive third party certification. The community-owned curation process builds trust and makes it easier for groups to develop relationships, trade, and collaborate.
