Our goals are a 3 prong approach to building a better tomorrow for underserved communities.
1 - Create a Talent Network that employers can tap into for resources from these communities. We are up-skilling and certifying members of our network to ensure they match the needs of employers.
2 - Our Innovation team will tackle problems businesses in the region may be facing with solutions available on contract basis.
3 - Accelerate small businesses and startups through our mentoring and coaching capabilities, as well as, access to capital. We will deploy relationships and partnerships to expose these businesses to a new ecosystem.

The Dream to Succeed Board is composed of various tech and retail executives that will work on creating partnerships with public, private, and government organizations and agencies. These partnerships will provide networks of students and professionals that will be the backbone of our Talent Network.

The DTS team has begin building out our programs for Mentors and Coaches as well as organizing the membership ranks and volunteers. We have deployed several tech partnerships including our Salesforce CRM to manage the network.

We have signed several agreements with Universities in Colombia and the US to help begin building the TalentNetwork. Currently we have over 1000 members of our network and look to exponentially grow the team in 2021.
