Mission

PRT is dedicated to save & rescue unwanted homeless, neglected, abused animals in our community and rehabilitate them to place them in homes. We strive to raise awareness by educating the community and public on the importance of Spay/Neuter so they may be a part of preventing the overpopulation of stray animals.
