Project #1 - With the Global Fund projects, Pharos helped to develop new research tools and processes for the Fund to negotiate, monitor, and report on domestic financing of HIV, TB, and malaria programs in Low- and Middle-Income countries. Also with Global Fund Projects, Pharos developed a new research tool to prioritize investments in improved health systems to support national health goals and tested this in 3 Latin American countries.

Project #2 - With the Algeria, Tunisia, and Angola projects, Pharos developed new tools and scenarios for expanding AIDS, TB, and Malaria services for key and vulnerable populations, assessing prospects for transitioning from external funding to national sources of financing for sustained health care, and budgeting and documenting expanded domestic financing.
