Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Complimentary Medicare & Social Security Class
People age 60+ often find it difficult to understand the full range of choices available to them through the critical retirement programs of Medicare and Social Security. At our website www.seniorbenefitsfoundation.org, guests can watch our multi-part video training classes. No registration is required, and guests can watch the videos as many times as they want at no cost, and remain completely anonymous. By breaking these courses down into individual chapters, we have made it easy for seniors on the go to receive their training on their cell phones. It's a very handy, very convenient way to learn.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We seek to inform seniors of the true facts of the Social Security and Medicare programs, so they can maximize their income during retirement. There are many con artists out there attempting to sell Medicare programs that often provide very limited coverage to the seniors. We help the seniors avoid scams by learning ALL of their options before locking in their decisions.
We have a team of highly-trained volunteer insurance agents who work one-on-one with the seniors, at no cost to the participating senior at all. The senior receives custom reports and information that highlight the pros and cons of each category of decisions they could make. By the time the seniors finish participating in our classes, reading our guidebook, participating in our thorough online webinars, seminars and training courses, they will be highly educated in their choices. This will help them avoid the scammers and falling for a bad deal that could hurt their finances later in life.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We have just completed an online Medicare and Social Security training class on our website. It gives simple answers and explanations to these often-confusing government programs.
We currently operate in 4 states, and our goal is to expand over time into all 50 states.
We use Artificial Intelligence to provide interactive Chat messaging, in which a senior can ask highly specific questions about these programs. We take the full wording of the questions and answers from the websites of both Medicare.gov and SSA.gov. We then provide a laymen's interpretation of the meaning of these answers, and provide them in what we call "human speak" so the seniors can better understand the concepts.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have been providing educational materials to seniors since 2016. We are increasing our service levels significantly in 2024, using Artificial Intelligence to create videos that are both entertaining and informative. We KEEP THINGS INTERESTING so the seniors don't click away or nod off, but rather become engaged in the process of learning the details of these programs and seek to find out more.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Since 2016 we have helped literally 10s of thousands of seniors gain a better understanding of the Social Security and Medicare programs. We DO NOT TELEMARKET, and we DO NOT SPAM people. We send out direct mail letters to highly-qualified / highly-targeted seniors at key points in their retirement planning.
We have created an annually-updated 40-page guide on these government programs, and we distribute this guide for free to any and all seniors who request it. The guide is sent for free through email as a PDF, or the interested party can simply cover postage expenses or pick it up for free at our offices in Nashville, TN.
We are currently creating a very sophisticated website to directly link interested seniors with a trained and certified insurance specialist in their area. The services of this specialist are free to the customer, and there is no obligation to use the agent's professional services or buy anything at any time.
