Phase 1: 2017-2019:
*Send out 100 keepsakes and packages to families who have lost a baby or child- Accomplished
*Lead a candlelight vigil in honor of miscarried and stillborn babies and children on the lake-Accomplished
*Implement social media programming that supports our families in their loss, grief, and healing.-Accomplished

Phase 2: 2019-2025:
*Participate in public information dissemination that educates the public on infant and child loss through miscarriage or stillbirth.-Accomplished
*Introduce ways that families can help loss families when they lose a baby or child.-Accomplished
*Create a program that will available to our loss families so that they may remember their angel on their angelversary.-Accomplished
*Support loss families as they deliver a rainbow baby and/or foster children.-Accomplished
*Support families who experience infertility or secondary infertility by creation of packages.-Accomplished

Phase 3: 2025-2030:
*Create a community garden to remember angels.
*Create a scholarship for current students in memory of our family's angels.-In Progress
*Assist at risk families who experience a miscarriage or stillbirth baby.-In Progress

We will achieve these goals in a number of ways:
1. Donations-both from current families and new families
2. Events
3. Building fundraisers in Olie's name in other communities
4. Developing social media strategies to further increase our reach
5. Grants
6. Reaching out to other nonprofit groups to learn from them
7. Continue to support families beyond their loss.
8. Increasing PR for our events and our organization.

All of our board members and officers each bring a unique talent to our organization.
*Bryan, our senior officer, is a graphic designer. He works on website development, the creation of flyers and pamphlets, and social media.
*Julian, a board member, is skilled in investments and as we grow, we are going to invest for the long term sustainability.
*Heather, a board member, has experienced loss personally. She has lost a daughter from SIDS. Heather is in charge of creation of our Footprints jars for our families.
*Ellen, a board member, has a nonprofit degree and multiple years of experience in working with nonprofits and grants.
*Mary, a board member, brings insight into finance and investments as well.
*Sara, the director, sends the keepsakes, holds events, organizes donations, and supports our families via social media and personal check-ins.

2016-2017:
*Light the Lake

*Introduced Foster care after loss packages for families who are actively involved with foster care after a loss.
*Participated in Lorain Better Block to educate the community about loss.
*Presentated for Bowling Green State University AOII sorority regarding the impact of loss and women.
