Grapes, Paws & Hops Festival - Pet Adoption Event

December 21, 2017
Dear Potential Sponsor,
Grapes, Paws & Hops Foundation (GPHF) invites you to become a sponsor for our 2nd Annual Grapes, Paws & Hops Festival to benefit 4 Washington State foster-based pet rescues. This exciting event will take place on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 1pm-5pm at Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA. It is a dog-friendly beer and wine festival that also serves as a pet adoption event. There will be a silent auction, kissing booth, food trucks, live music and fantastic beer and wine samples from local breweries and wineries. The primary source of funding for "Grapes, Paws & Hops Festival" comes from corporate sponsors, such as you. "Grapes, Paws & Hops Festival" receives no governmental funds.
Grapes, Paws & Hops Foundation provides pro bono full-service event planning, event management/coordination and fundraising for foster based rescues throughout Washington State. We are a fairly new organization, founded in January 2017. Foster-based rescues lack a facility to host adoption events and are often lacking funds and community exposure.
Our mission statement:
Our all-volunteer organization enriches lives through amazing pro bono events that raise funds and awareness for the support of our furry community members that need some people to be the focus of their love.
Your sponsorship will help ensure the success of "Grapes, Paws & Hops Festival". Enclosed please find more information on this exciting event and its sponsorship levels. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
Tanya Winfrey - CEO & Founder

Goals & Strategy

Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

We have so many goals we would like to achieve. Implementation of a foster certification program for animals. Implementation of a spay and neuter program. Implementation of adopting instead of shopping for pets.

We are making alliances with established organizations. We are also helping the smaller rescues spread the word about their organizations and the amazing work they do. We are building a community that will help find homes for homeless pets.

Communication is key. We all have the same goal in mind. Attending fairs and festivals has played a major part in our organization. We are also supporting our local rescues by sponsoring and participating in their events.

We haven't raised enough monetary donations nor received the in kind donations that we desperately need.

We have made alliances and have been receiving great feedback from our community which is key to being successful. People appreciate what we are doing and helping in ways that they can like volunteering at our events.
