This is evident in the daily news with numerous reports of flight cancellations. From airline pilots to the aircraft maintenance professionals, and all support roles in between there is a worldwide shortage of individuals to fill these rolls.

Introduction to Aviation Maintenance
This portion of our program provides the young Clube members hands on experience in all aspects of aircraft maintenance. From engine overhauls to avionics installation, paint jobs, and routine maintenance, the young Clube members are engaged in all of it.
This is the foundation which provides the young Clube members with a well rounded level of knowledge and experience.
The program is designed and overseen by aviation professionals so High School students have the opportunity to gain real world aviation experience.
Pilot Training
Once the young Aero Clube members have invested some sweat equity in restoring and maintaining the Clube's aircraft, they are allowed to begin their flight training program. Because of their sweat equity investment in the Clube's aircraft, their only cost for flight training is the price of fuel.
