City Fields

Cultivating overlooked places.

Cleveland, TN   |  www.cityfieldscdc.com

Mission

We want to be a catalyst for change in Cleveland's most overlooked neighborhoods. We do this by helping cultivate people and the environments around them. Our focus is always on the residents of our community. Their voices guide everything we do.\n\nCity Fields couldn't achieve anything without the vision, passion, and dedication of the Blythe Oldfield community residents. This amazing group of people has used their compassion for one another and abilities to pave the way for neighborhood revitalization.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

The vision of City Fields and the residents we serve is to transform East/Southeast Cleveland (particularly\nBlythe Oldfield and College Hill) through lasting economic, physical, social and spiritual revitalization.\nSpecifically:\n-Housing stock and the overall physical environment will be healthy, vibrant, and desirable.\n-Residents will feel and be safe and confident in their community.\n-More residents will have jobs (reducing unemployment and dependency on government assistance) through reinvigoration\nof economic investment.\n-Neighbors will feel and be more connected to each other (socially), with more civic engagement and greater\ninfluence in the surrounding Cleveland/Bradley County community.\n-Community leaders will be encouraged, prepared, and empowered to sustain their neighborhood's\ntransformation and revitalization, long after Impact Cleveland has shifted its resources and focus to similarly\nrevitalize other neighborhoods in need, using Blythe Oldfield and College Hill as a model and inspiration.
