National Real Estate Market that produces 5.7M Realtor assisted Real Estate Sales transactions per annum, presenting 11.4M opportunities to develop business to business compensation through the Referral & Transfer of Supporter Clients, for directed donation to Charities & Nonprofit organizations across America. CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS FOR AMERICA & CARES, our nonprofit Real Estate Foundation, develops funding from Real Estate Companies for 90% donation to our referred & transferred Supporter Clients preferred Charities & Nonprofit organizations, through our funding innovation, CARES Referrals for Charities.

CARES Referrals for Charities

CARES Referrals for Charities ... provides the Supporters of Charities & Nonprofit organizations who are planning the purchase or sale of real estate within the United States, free access to our landmark funding development program that allows Supporters to develop & direct significant funding to their preferred Charities or Nonprofit organizations from the Real Estate Companies they select to assist them with their real estate purchases or sales, without incurring any personal expense.

Supporters register with our CHARITY & CARES, our nonprofit Real Estate Foundation to develop funding. CARES sends our Supporter Clients, CARES-Referrals, that refer & transfer them to any Realtors & Real Estate Companies they select.

CARES requires the Real Estate Companies remit compensation equal to 20% of the Commissions they receive at the closings of our referred & transferred Clients real estate purchases or sales to CARES for 90% donation to CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS FOR AMERICA.
