What we aim to solve
The plight to take action is at an all-time high as wildlife is fast tracked to extinction and ecosystems are reaching the limits of resilience. It is our responsibility to preserve and protect wildlife for ourselves and for future generations. True Wildlife works with conservation partners to protect wildlife and endangered species using sustainable and innovative conservation strategies.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Specialized Wildlife Conservation & Endangered Species Protection
True Wildlife works with on-the-ground conservation organizations to support and contribute to their work in the protection of endangered wildlife. The focus of these efforts include; specialized veterinary treatment, care for poaching victims and their calves, wildlife rehabilitation, anti-poaching support, habitat restoration and conservation, and community outreach.
True Wildlife Sanctuary
The True Wildlife sanctuary provides a second chance to injured, orphaned or confiscated wildlife. These animals are unable to survive in the wild due to factors like; orphaned due to poaching or habitat loss, confiscated in illegal wildlife trading, lived in captivity or used in tourist attractions, habituated, or imprinted.
Education and Research
We contribute and share information of each species through wildlife monitoring. Through our collaborative network and conservation partners, we learn and share as much as possible to improve conservation efforts and species survival.
We also share resources on endangered species, conservation challenges, sustainable conservation efforts and general conservation information.
