Our programs

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Cohort-based brand communications training

We first conduct an assessment to identify cohort needs. Then we design a brand training program – utilizing a mix of workshops, 1:1 coaching, and a peer community. The workshops use practical tools, while the coaching supports each org to implement them. And the peer community creates space to share learnings.

The program is rooted in our Four A's framework, which builds brands from the inside out. Ambition – theory of change. Approach – positioning strategy. Amplify – marketing communications. Align – strategic planning.
