Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Promoting social equity. With limited resources within our area of focus, we focus on meeting the needs of unserved and underserved people and communities. We present the individuals within these said communities including businesses and organizations with access to resources that advance their immediate economic and community needs.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Donation Program
With the Urban Community being the backbone and conveyance of the economy today, sadly, but truthfully; the Urban Community suffers from financial, and social hardships that many have yet to find a cure. It is the firm conviction of this organization that the solution lies within a concerted effort. The Cream Incorporated places emphasis on economic edification through financial sustainability. More times than often, becoming financially stable requires assistance. The Cream Incorporated has Partnered with Local and Regional Business & Organizations to provide those in need with Brand New (displayed) and/or returned products that can be used in everyday life to loosen the grips of struggle and adversity.
Organizations must be a 501c3, Church, or School and a registered Community Partner of The Cream Incorporated and follow all rules and regulations of product distribution.
Individuals and Community Groups must be registered in The Cream Incorporated's Community Empowerment Program, and must follow all rules and regulations of receiving donations. (Become a Member) or (Start a Team).
Empowerment Sessions
The problem is THIS: the reality of the hardships/pressures that Urban communities face are financial, infrastructural, and social. Current solutions and alternatives yield unproductive and illegal activities derived from within escapism to hopelessly claw at such challenges. The solution is self-sufficiency; to develop personal skills and tools to grow and excel at home, in school, and/or in the workplace.
Community Empowerment Teams are given technical and tactical support from our National Headquarters located in South Lyon, Michigan and are a Pro-Active solution to violence and the cornerstone of all crime prevention and Economic and Social Sustainability for the Urban Community. It enlists the active participation of citizens in cooperation with Businesses, Organizations, and local law enforcement to reduce burglaries, shootings, Murders, Rape, and Property Crimes while increasing the self-sufficiency of individual areas communities. Its primary purpose is the protection, growth, and sustainability of each Urban area.
Community crime prevention programs are a proven and effective means to substantially reduce not only the incidence of violence in a specified geographical area, but the incidence of other crimes. A good neighbor is one of the most effective crime prevention tools ever invented. This program will help deter crime and violence in The Urban Community.

Goals & Strategy

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our organization aims to provide to the community:
Free Corporate development services
Publication & Editing Services
Marketing & web design,
A variety of classes and workshops that are geared towards self-sufficiency.
we also provide PTSD/Trauma Sessions to Individuals that reside within Urban Areas that may have experienced violence and/or drama stemming from Gun Violence, Separation of Households, and Unfortunate situations. It is the idea of our conceptual structure to empower individuals within these communities with the tools and skills that they need to excel at home, school, and in the workplace. By doing so, this will empower small sections of each community that will infectiously spread to the whole.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
The Cream Incorporated represents an amorphous nonprofit organization that provides Community Building through Urban Empowerment and Financial Sustainability. It is the direct Vision of this organization to have substantial growth and productivity within our Michigan/Great Lakes Cream Chapters with the intent of youth leadership expansion throughout the Midwest and the United States. The Cream incorporated is in constant contact with the Community and Local & State officials to find ways to collaborate to fortify this vision.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
1. Meeting the needs of a changing community. Every decision we make is grounded by a desire to meet the ever-evolving needs of residents in areas where we have active chapters.
2. Promoting social equity. With limited resources, we focus on meeting the needs of communities with limited access to resources and alternatives to illegal and/or unproductive behavior.
3. Stay effective and efficient. We use ongoing evaluation and learning to achieve the greatest gains from limited resources.
4. Build and maintain our great team. While our mission is important, our people are critical. Key to our success will be our ability to attract, develop, and retain the best staff and volunteers.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Although we are a new organization in the embryonic stages of development, we have accomplished a presence in the community where we have chapters. Events range from community Cleanups, Food drives, Giveaways, and business Empowerment sessions.
