Mission

The Cure Mito Foundation is a 100% volunteer-run foundation dedicated to advancing education and research for Leigh syndrome and mitochondrial disease. Our mission is to empower families to come together with a common goal of finding treatments, and ultimately a cure, for this devastating disease. Patients are at the heart of everything we do. ​

Leigh Syndrome Global Patient Registry

The Cure Mito Foundation is partnering with Sanford CoRDS to create the registry. Sanford CoRDS supports and enables rare disease communities to build robust registries, providing researchers with the information they need to drive research forward.
