Programs and results

What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

The problem that we have is that this is anew nonprofit organization just starting but we don’t have funds to start any project but we wish to start soon if possible. we also need money to pay rent for the office which can make people easily to visit our office and we think if we can our office it can increase people to support our nonprofit organization. We also need donors ,volunteers and partnership with other nonprofit organization that can manage to support some of our projects. We shall be very happy if we get your support for us to get started of helping poor children, elders, youth, wedow, for refugee who are both in USA and Uganda.

Our programs

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Health $food

Many people in Africa do not have enough food, medicine and clean water. We wish to help the people in need and our broader focus are the people in Uganda and eastern part of Democratic Republic of Congo. In these areas, people are suffering, starving, and dying due to the lack of support.

Population(s) Served
Adults
Children and youth

We found a problem in the communication between refugees in the camps because of not knowing English. We plan to teach them English by the people who know their local languages so they may be able to learn very fast. We also thought of teaching other African languages to those who wish to learn them and this can help those who have businesses and tourists there.

Population(s) Served
Adults

We encourage the community to grow crops and tearing animals but both crops and animals are supposed to be a good variety that grows very first, this will reduce hunger in the community.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

We wish to develop the neglected community to have good standards of living and make them self reliant by providing them with money to start up the projects, education and providing good health. We also wish to teach English to refugees here in USA,many refugees here in the USA don’t know English because of being thought by teachers who knows English only but with our nonprofit organization we shall find teachers who knows their language for them to learn very first and also teach local African language like Swahili to those who wish to learn them.

The first things is to unite and tell the truth on how each project is running and working together as one family. If we join together as a family it will happen because what l know many people in this world are have good life because of others and without others no one can manage.

The first this is to budget for every project and give reporters on how each project is running and this can run in smoothly when we get some staff members to work and ensure the smooth running of each project, another way is to move physically where the project is running and showing donors reporters of every project.

l managed to register my nonprofit organization and got 501(c)3 latter and also ln 2017 l bought two video cameras for the youth in kyangwali refugee camp and kyaka ll in Uganda east Africa so that the youth can start shooting video of their songs, film and movies,l did this because they had that talent but lt was not known to others but soon it will be known because they have started shooting their videos singing and acting. And this may help them in future to manage to buy themselves their basic needs.

Data
  • We disaggregate data to adjust programming goals to keep pace with changing needs of the communities we support.
  • We employ non-traditional ways of gathering feedback on programs and trainings, which may include interviews, roundtables, and external reviews with/by community stakeholders.
  • We disaggregate data by demographics, including race, in every policy and program measured.
  • We have long-term strategic plans and measurable goals for creating a culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
Policies and processes
  • We have community representation at the board level, either on the board itself or through a community advisory board.
  • We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
