AN EXISTING INDUSTRY PROGRAM WHICH ENCOURAGES THE RETENTION AND EXPANSION OF PRIMARY-CONTRIBUTORY ENTERPRISES LOCATED IN OKEECHOBEE COUNTY. B. AN ATTRACTION-MARKETING PROGRAM WHICH CAUSES THE LOCATION OF PRIMARY- CONTRIBUTORY ENTERPRISES TO OKEECHOBEE COUNTY. C. A START-UP PROGRAM WHICH ENCOURAGES THE FORMATION OF PRIMARY-CONTIBUTORY ENTERPRISES IN OKEECHOBEE COUNTY.
