What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

There are two areas we wish to solve. 1) Participation in team sports due to inadequate funds. 2) Student athletes struggling to deal with the physical, mental and academic demands.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our goal is to increase team sports participation and provide physical, mental and educational resources for student athletes to reach their full potential.

In order to achieve our goals, we ill use public speaking, in classroom workshops and shoe drives. Each aspect will focus on the mental, physical and emotional states of our student athletes today. We will also utilize our network of professional athletes to establish a strong connection with communities and their student athletes.

We are able to utilize our network of professional and collegiate athletes to help market share stories to our target demographic. We have strong connections with certain foundations and professional sports groups that will partner with our different programs. We have community support and the aide of volunteers helping bring these programs into their communities. The content for our programs were designed specifically for helping middle/ high school aged student athletes deal with the emotional and mental pressures of today.

Since 2018, our non profit was able to collect over 230 pairs of shoes and donate 120 of them to two different boys and girls high school track and field programs. We were able to establish a partnership with The United States Track and Field Team and add a new board member to our board. We have tested two new programs that will be added to the organization starting in January, 2020.
