When one is finally able to leave their situation, there is almost always the need to relearn everything about how to do life, and cope, parenting is no exception. Breakthrough Parenting is a nationally accredited program. The program works to help families move from struggle to cooperation.

We are available to assist our clients in completing the necessary forms for applying for and obtaining a restraining order against their abuser.

Self care is an important aspect of healing and recovery. Part of our self care program includes Personal Fitness Training and Nutrition services. Personal Fitness Training serves as a two fold endeavor in that it helps to foster self confidence but also develop ones physical strength which, in conjunction with our self defense services, helps to make our clients stronger and better able to defend themselves against their abusers if ever, God forbid, the need should arise.

We can assist our clients with their application for Victim Compensation Board benefits as victims of crime. We can also serve as their authorized representatives in the event that they have questions about their application or benefits.

We provide support through recovery support groups. Survivors often times become addicted to their abusers through the many tactics used by their abusers, such as love bombing and trauma bonding. Support in recovery is just as crucial for a survivor as it is for someone battling chemical dependency.
