Found in Translation: A Dramatic Opera Experience

Come delight in a night of opera on April 1st at Kirkbride Hall from 7:30pm - 9:00 and hear some of the greatest music ever written. Scenes from Puccini’s La Bohème, Mozart’s famous duet Sull’Aria, and Carmen’s fiery solo Habanera.

“Found in Translation” features local Soprano Laura Osgood Brown and visiting artists, Mezzo-Soprano Amal El-Shrafi (Boston, MA), Baritone Dan Ewart (Lansing, MI) and Tenor Jonathan Kaufman (Charlotte, NC), joined by local pianist Susan Snyder.

The English portion of the evening has been adapted by local performance artist Sara Hartley who is joined by actors: Kendra Carr, Jan Dalton, Gianna Imbronone, and Charlie Wilson.
