Mission
The mission of the Laber of Love Pet Rescue is to provide hospice care to older pets or those with untreatable medical conditions that find themselves without a family; to allow these pets to live out the remainder of their lives with love, dignity, and comfort by providing a safe home and necessary medical care; and to provide education to the public regarding the care of these pets.

Fospice Care Program
Currently, the primary focus of Laber of Love Pet Rescue is finding and providing care for senior and terminally ill pets. This consists of researching organizations that house these pets (shelters, rescues, humane societies, etc.) as well as searching for and vetting potential foster parents. Once a pet is brought into the organization, they are provided with necessary veterinary care and new collars with Laber of Love dog tags. When our foster parents and veterinarian decide it is time, each pet is humanely euthanized and cremated.
