Cardio and Canvas for Teens

Cardio and Canvas is a fusion of Art and Fitness. This unique initiative combines invigorating cardio workouts, such as dance and aerobics, with expressive canvas sessions guided by skilled instructors. Specifically tailored for at-risk teens, this program not only fosters physical health but also nurtures artistic talents, providing a holistic approach to personal development, leadership and community healing. Located in accessible community centers, our flexible schedules accommodate busy lives. Join us to improve cardiovascular health, unleash creativity, and offer a positive outlet for at-risk youth.

Discover the joy of artistic expression with "Palette for the People" in Virginia. This unique program offers free and accessible paint parties, bringing together seniors and youth for inter-generational connections. We provide all the necessary art supplies, expert guidance for all skill levels, and host events in easily accessible community locations. Beyond painting, our initiative aims to promote mental well-being and community building. Participation is entirely free—join us in celebrating the power of art and connection!

Launched the "Cardio 'n Canvas" program for youth development in 2023
