Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Until now, equal and affordable education for youth around the globe did not exist, and for those who were able to attend school, this did not mean they would find meaningful employment after they graduated. Education is only one piece of fixing the underlying issue of poverty, but without employment opportunities, the education cannot be applied and generational poverty prevails.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Maggio Multicultural Academy
Maggio Multicultural Academy is a global school that provides equal education and employment opportunities to any student around the world through a high school model based on entrepreneurship that will give students the skills employers are looking for, as well as learn a specialization, so they will graduate high school ready to start their career, start their own business, or go on to higher education.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The Maggio Multicultural Foundation aims to end generational poverty and transform the traditional education system by creating a global hybrid school that will provide access to equal education and employment opportunities to any student around the world through a high school model based on entrepreneurship that will give students the skills employers are looking for, as well as learn a specialization, so they will graduate high school with a diploma from the United States and ready to start their career, start their own business, or go on to higher education.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
1. Provide courses instructed by industry leaders, with proven experience, to make them a special proprietary product.
2. Design our high school model around entrepreneurship with classes, mentoring and research from global entrepreneurs.
3. Give our students a unique advantage in the market upon program completion.
4. Attract strategic global partners to provide practical training to the students without any cost, due to our long term
involvement in the education industry.
5. Make it financially efficient with a value added proposition for the students and their families, adopting a subscription
model that students are able to afford, even in third world countries.
6. Create a proprietary ecosystem consisting of technology and entrepreneurial resources for the student to come out as
successful entrepreneurs benefiting themselves and society as a whole.
7. Use an intelligent proprietary app which will give students the edge when going to the market, because they are able to
communicate efficiently and effectively in this competitive environment.
8. Combine the latest technologies of A.I., V.R., and A.R., as further differentiation.
9. Provide blockchain credentialing, payments with cryptocurrency and microloans, as technology evolves.
10. Give students hybrid equity to look at starting their own business or create partnerships with the company they have
served, thanks to our intensive training.
11. Offer continued educational opportunities in the form of specific training or higher education, as an extension of the
entrepreneurial high school program.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Thus far we have established the in-person program in the Dominican Republic and Uganda.
We have also established the online program globally and are in the accreditation process.
We have formed alliances with strategic partners/entrepreneurs such as Evan Carmichael, Naveen Jain, JT Fox, Forbes and Makenna Riley, Jona Lemmonds, Ungenita Prevost, Bruce Pulver, and the list continues, to provide weekly instruction for the mastermind portion of the entrepreneur program.
We have also aligned with Team Caveo to provide IT Training. Team Caveo is developing an IT training program for secondary school students (7-12 grade). Through this 6-Year self-paced program, students will have the opportunity to develop skills in the following highly desirable IT specializations:
- Network Engineering
- Wireless Engineering
- Cloud Practitioner
- Information Security
- Network Automation

- We analyze disaggregated data and root causes of race disparities that impact the organization's programs, portfolios, and the populations served.
- We have long-term strategic plans and measurable goals for creating a culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
- We have community representation at the board level, either on the board itself or through a community advisory board.
- We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
