YMCA SF IS AN ORGANIZATION EXEMPT FROM TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"). YMCA SF'SMISSION IS TO PUT JUDEO-CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES INTO PRACTICE THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT BUILD HEALTHY SPIRIT, MIND AND BODY FOR ALL. YMCA SUPPORT ORG IS IN THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTING THE L.A.
