Provide one on one career coaching to individual service members who reach out via the chaplaincy and leadership referral process or through our website. These service members will receive information and support via direct messaging from our website and through corporate email.
We will work one on one with active duty service members who are experiencing an administrative concern. We will work within the existing system of checks and balances and organizational governance of the US Armed Services. We will listen to the client's concern, do research to determine the applicable policies and regulations; summarize and annotate helpful information; and provide these resources to the service member client.
We will also provide caching and guidance to assist the service member in asking questions and writing responses in regards to their administrative concern, and proofreading of the written responses. The organization will not provide legal advice ,
