Refocus-On-U offers two courses, Nedley Depression & Anxiety. You are not alone there is hope when feelings of depression have overwhelmed you. Refocus-On-U offers hope to get your life back. Depression and anxiety brings feelings of doom and gloom and no where to turn. This mental health disease affects roughly one in ten Americans and many more family and friends. This class will help you learn how to improve your brain, fight depression and anxiety, add nutrition to the brain, learn natural lifestyle therapies to treat depression, make and keep positive lifestyle choices, manage stress without distress, and how to overcome loss
