"A Walk In My Shoes: The sexually exploited community of women and adolescent girls tend to be overlooked and ignored by society.

"A Walk In My Shoes" is our outreach program which provides personal hygiene and PPE essential kits to women and girls who are victims of sex trafficking.

DHGH distributes essential kits containing items such as; towel size body wipes, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, mouthwash, masks, pregnancy tests, condoms, hand sanitizer, lotion, socks, (hats & gloves seasonal) and food, to women and girls who are victims of sex trafficking.

As an added expression of love, we provide a "special memorial gift" as a reminder that someone knows, cares, and thinking of them.

ALICIA (A Legacy in Culinary Inventions Academy) is a Nutrition Education program named in honor of my baby sister who "loved" cooking. ALICIA (A Legacy in Culinary Inventions Academy) addresses the epidemic of obesity among adolescent girls ages 12-17.

Guided by professional support, participants learn strong nutritional values, as well as develop
creative culinary skills.

By using a pre-constructed model of education, we take into consideration behavioral, social, and cultural aspects that influence child nutrition and provide nutritional education that leads to healthier food choices and prepare girls for more healthy and productive lives.

The program offers weekly nutrition education, and allows participants the opportunity to experience with the materials that help them integrate healthy nutrition and culinary skills into everyday life.

BPCP is a physical activity based program that teaches life skills through interactive lessons and cycling activities. The goal of the program is to unleash sportsmanship and teamwork while establishing a lifetime appreciation of health and fitness.

A Recreational Therapist oversees our program and works with girls to help them develop and maintain social skills and peer interactions through a variety of modalities and activities.

Destiny Village LEP works to expose girls to life-changing experiences through programs that provide meaningful leadership opportunities, foster team work, skill-building, and social-emotional learning.

The objective of our program is to educate, empower and embrace adolescent girls ages 12-17 who are at risk.

Our purpose is to prevent adolescent girls from becoming victims of juvenile delinquency, criminal justice system, and sex trafficking.

Our goal is to provide them with the tools necessary to become strong community leaders, and to increase the number of girls in our community who attend college.

We inspire girls to be confident leaders by providing comprehensive curriculum, extensive resources, and ongoing support.
