Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Senior Care Training Center was founded in February of 2020 to address the current and increasing demand for qualified healthcare professionals. Healthcare facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, and adult day programs have struggled to recruit, employ, and retain trained healthcare professionals need to care for their patients in need of health care services. The demand for qualified healthcare workers has significantly increased in the wake of COVID-19, with the number of patients needing healthcare assistance nearly tripling. Senior Care Training Center is a non-profit 501c3 education organization with the mission of serving the community with a variety of healthcare certification and workforce development training programs. Our goal is to produce more qualified healthcare professionals, assist local healthcare companies with their staffing and retention needs, and to improve the overall quality of care received at participating healthcare companies.

The first order of business for Senior Care Training Center marketing plan is spreading the word about the training center's grand opening and available training programs.
