What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Digital Labs Program

The Digital Labs Program is a long-term sustainable initiative to provide a motivating and encouraging environment for Government High school students from socio-economically marginalized sections of the society in both the Urban and Rural areas of India by setting up Digital Labs. These Labs will serve as a secondary source of learning for students, apart from the teachers, while taking them a step closer towards Digital Literacy/ STEM Education.

Our Commitment under the program-
1. Minimum 1:3 computer students’ ratio. In other words, every student would get minimum 15 minutes of time during the lab
2. Trained Computer Trainer/Coordinator
3. Annual maintenance support
4. Power backup especially for labs in rural/ tribal locations with erratic power supply
5. High speed broadband internet connectivity

Our Impact -
86000+ students impacted across different parts of India.

Many students who have successfully passed their intermediate and having good ranks in common entrance examinations for graduate courses are either dropping out of studies completely or opting for lower ranking colleges, just because of financial constraints, especially the girl students. This severely impacts their future prospects in terms of quality education and subsequent career.

The goal of this program is to support meritorious but financial constrained students with monetary and mentoring support for higher studies, and help them to achieve their dreams.

Career Saathi Program is a well-defined and structured 6 year program for students from their intermediate till completion of degree providing scholarship, career counselling and mentorship program. It is aligned to SDG 4, 5 and 10.

Vision: Every woman to have an equal opportunity to lead an empowered life through income generation, skill building and confidence building.

Project AVANTI (Women Skill Development Program) was developed in 2010 with an aim to provide skills and build confidence of women from economically weaker families, thereby leading to their economic and social independence. Having a vision for holistic advancement of a woman, AVANTI has prepared an integrated approach for support through ‘TRAIN – TRANSFORM – TRIUMPH’:

- TRAIN : Train women on various market-oriented courses
- TRANSFORM : Conduct life-skills workshops on multiple aspects along the lines of social, personality and career orientation like financial literacy, health & hygiene, child care etc.
- TRIUMPH : Hand holding women during job placement and market linkages and support them post training as well with periodic review.

The Impact Hiring Program is a visionary initiative aimed at providing unemployed youth from underprivileged and economically weaker sections with opportunities to secure their dream jobs.

the program takes a transformative approach, particularly empowering marginalized communities such as women, persons with disabilities (PwD), LGBTQ+ individuals, and economically disadvantaged individuals. The program establishes Hiring Hubs, which serve as platforms to connect skilled youth with potential employers. By offering guidance, support, and access to the job market, the program seeks to foster economic and social empowerment among the beneficiaries.

The Impact Hiring Program's ultimate goal is to positively impact the lives of 8000 underprivileged individuals across India, contributing to the country's youth employment landscape and promoting inclusivity and diversity. The program's implementation spans six locations in India.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

We aim to impact marginalized communities in 700+ districts in India by implementing 1200+ impactful projects by 2030.

We have built a comprehensive approach for implementing various programs and to create a positive impact:

1. Educate, Employ, and Give Back:
- Educate: training the individuals in market-demanded courses.
- Employ: empowering beneficiaries on providing various employment/ livelihood opportunities including
micro-entrepreneurship.
- Give Back: enabling our beneficiaries to giveback to the communities through time, effort or any other means
as a way to pay-it-forward

2. Collaboration and Partnership:
- We foster relationships with corporates, government agencies and other organizations to collaborate on
various social programs and amplify the impact of our initiatives.

3. Volunteering:
- Our roots are in volunteering and hence we place great importance on volunteering.
- We encourage and support volunteering by individuals - employees, housewives, senior citizens, students
etc., which fosters positivity, builds self-esteem and contributes to social causes.

4. Social Enterprise:
- We have also build and encourage micro-entrepreneurs through our social enterprise model

These components are integrated into the overall fabric of our organization's strategy, and aligned to our mission and values, reinforcing the positive impact we aim to achieve.

In the past 18 years of journey, we have impacted the lives of 2.5+ million beneficiaries with the support of 500+ full time employees and 1000+ strong volunteer network, through various impact-oriented Flagship Programs & Social Leadership Initiatives benefiting Children, Women, Youth, Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), LGBTQ+ and Farmers from diverse social backgrounds across 22 States of India while partnering with 200+ Corporate, Government and Philanthropic partners.
