The Incubation of Silence

Survivors for Change presents The Incubation of Silence, a multi-part documentary series. The film kicks in the door of a closed, hockey community where, for decades, abuse was allowed to fester beneath a cloak of protection. This series is anchored by Michael Sacks and Kelly Gee, two of the literally hundreds of adult victims who summoned the courage to take on their abuser and the system which protected him.

This film series will include an interactive educational curriculum, leading the viewer through subject matter related to predatory grooming. resources to find help, and solutions to this rampart issue. Our goal is to educate families to the reality of these problems and offer a call to action through which our communities are empowered to participate in creating the change.
