Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

To increase the number of effective and economically sustainable and viable permanent affordable supportive housing units in our community that can directly be utilized by and benefit the most-needy in our community.

Absent the ongoing impact of the current COVID 19 pandemic, existing and sufficient resources to address the absence of truly affordable housing exist only at the Federal level. As such, our strategy to increase the number of permanent affordable supportive housing units has historically been opportunistic, and will continue to be so until all levels of government, from federal, to state, regional and local units create and endorse a clearly defined comprehensive plan that emanates from a societal belief that basic housing be provided for the safety, security (in all its forms) and ultimate investment in the survival, continuance and growth of our communities.
